4.46am

The minute i woke up, i stretched out to reach for my iPhone for time, it's 4.46am. OMG just a minute better than yesterday. Is my jet lag going to get better by a  minute each day? I am still drowsy from the sleeping I took at mid-night but i just can't sleep. Is this what people call stress? sleep deficiency? sleeping disorder? Whatever the name is I am not able to sleep. Outside it's another wet morning, even the weather has become routine. Can't wait to break this routine and get back on with my normal hours.

4.45am

Woke up at 4.45am due to jet lag from my trip to New York. Was trying so damn hard to get back to sleep but was not able to, so i decided to do something different to start the day besides going to the gym, blogging. I never thought I would be doing this. Oh well, there is always a first time in life :) Let's just see how long I will be doing this for. 
Anyway, it seem to be another one of those wet summer day outside but nothing is gonna stop me from going to the gym to get some muscles and after that a nice hot breakfast.
